CANCELLATION POLICY

We charge a 100% cancellation fee (100% of your appointment total) for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment to reschedule outside of that window, you automatically forfeit your deposit. To reschedule, please contact us via Instagram. We do not offer refunds, and we only allow you to reschedule your appointment once before you lose your deposit. Please be respectful of our time.
